Anjuman-e-Imamia organizes conference to commemorate birth anniversary of Hazrat Ali

JAMMU, Feb 27: A day-long conference was organized by Anjuman-e-Imamia Jammu to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Shah-e-Wilayat, Maula-e-Qayinaat Hazrat Ali (A.S). Various speakers from different states deliberated on the topic. While delivering the welcome address President Syed Amanat Ali Shah presented the brief introduction and the working of Anjuman-e-Imamia Jammu. He further said that it is our duty to organize such kind of conferences on regular intervals so that the real message and the role of Hazrat Ali (A.S) in every aspect of life should be reached to every individual. The conference commenced with Tilawat-e-Quran and after that the guest speakers who spoke on the topic were Maulana Mohammad Askari, Maulana Shamshad Ahmed, Maulana Ghulam Hussain Hilori And Maulana Habib Ur Rehman. The speakers deliberated on the concept of Wilayat in Islam. They further added that Wilayat is the Islamic system which has been gifted upon us by our beloved Prophet S.A.W and it is mandatory that all the Muslim Ummah to follow this concept. Enlightening the principles and teachings of Imam Ali (A.S.) the speakers emphasised to follow them. They said that Imam Ali is not a source of guidance for Muslims only but is a source of guidance for the whole mankind. In the end vote of thanks was delivered by vice President of Anjuman-e-Imamia Jammu Syed Afaq Hussain Kazmi. He thanked all the guests who spared their valuable time to make this conference a success. He further added, "We are thankful to each and everyone who participated one or the other way to make this event a grand success". The program was conducted by Imam Jumma Shia Masjid Imamia Jammu Maulana Syed Ali Badshah.
