Schools reopen in Ramban after vacations
Students urged to adhere to COVID-19 norms

Ramban, Mar 1: After prolonged suspension of classes due to COVID-19 restrictions schools for higher and higher secondary classes reopened across district Ramban amid all preventative measures and SOPs, here today.
At Ramban normal schooling has started with morning assembly and Faculty members delivering lecturers in their well attended classes.
The Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Mussarat Islam also visited some schools and took stock of preparedness being made by the Education Department as well as school administrations to implement COVID-19 SOPs within the school campuses.
Chief Education Officer, Vinod Koul, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Mohammad Fareed Bhat and heads of various institutions were also present on the occasion.
While interacting with the students, the DC urged them to follow all COVID -19 as issued by the government.
He assured additional masks and sanitizers for students.
The DC also advised students to plan their careers and work on personality development.
He assured the students that administration will provide necessary books within the school pertaining to different competitive examinations like NEET, JEE, Banking etc.
Meanwhile, CEO apprised the DC about staff strength, class enrollment and infrastructural status of schools.
The DC advised CEO to submit a list of schools buildings which are under construction in the district.
