JAMMU, May 11: All Kashmiri Muslim Migrants Association (AKMMA), President, Nazir Ahmed Lone has expressed gratitude to the Relief Commissioner AK Bhat who gave early orders to prioritize ration slips and relief payments for Muslim migrants before Eid ul Fitr. In a statement issued here today, Nazir Ahmed Lone also extended his heartiest greetings to the people on the eve of the coming Eid festival. In his message, Lone said the festival of Eid should be celebrated in a simple manner in this covid-19 crisis. He said it is the moment when we should help each other in this testing time. Lone said the festival of Eid symbolizes the values of devotion and harmony, which are the hallmarks of glorious tradition, culture and Kashmiriat of J&K. He hoped that the festival would strengthen the bonds of communal harmony, peace and amity amongst all in the society. Nazir Ahmed Lone prayed for peace and development in J&K and well-being of its people. He also greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Shab e Qadar.
