State sponsored disparity in GMC recruitment: AAP
5/26/2021 11:16:37 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, May 26: Commenting on the recruitment of Subordinate staff in GMC Jammu & Kashmir, the Aam Aadmi Party Jammu, in a press release issued here, has expressed great resentment and deep anguish over the biased attitude and behavior of the UT government.
The release further expressed apprehensions that LG Manoj Sinha might have received signals from Delhi or he might not have the grip over the bureaucracy in the UT which might be dancing to the tunes of their masters. Whatever the case may be, the release said that seeds of discontentment are being sown by the dispensation under LG which may have far reaching consequences in near future because this sort of disparity between Jammu & Kashmir is not only against constitution but also against the spirit of natural justice which amply speaks that this sort of order is worst than the era before August 5,2019. The release further un-equivocally appeals the Jammu region people to read the writings on the wall and put a stunning question to those representatives of the soil as to why this sort of seed of bias, discrimination and hatred is being sown by whom and on whose directions? The dispensation is required to bridge the gap of misunderstanding and mistrust between the regions instead of adding fuel to fire. The release appeals the Lt. Governor to look personally deep into the matter and see for himself that the wrong done intentionally or due to over sight is set right before the situation snow balls into storm in these odd days of pandemic set by COVID-19.We feel it will be in the fitness of the situation if selection process is completed simultaneously at Jammu & Srinagar for each region to avoid controversy, the release suggested.
