| GDC Nagrota observed International Justice Day | | |

Jammu, July 17: Government Degree College Nagrota under the auspices of its Psychological Counselling Cell observed International Justice Day today to commemorate ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsava’ which is celebrating 75 years of India’s Independence under the patronage of Dr. Attar Singh Kotwal, Principal of the college. The program started at 11:00 am with the inaugural address by the Principal. Speaking on the occasion, he emphasised on the moral responsibility of every individual to develop community based learning and behaviour in order to identify and respond to community needs. The resource person of the event Prof. Shalini Raina, Co-ordinator, Psychological Counselling Cell , GDC Nagrota interacted with the participants and deliberated upon the importance of this day, talked about the cruel realities f a certain section of the society which is living under deplorable conditions ,related organised crime ,prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of the community. Dr. Harmeet Kour provided technical assistance and presented formal vote of thanks.
