| Plantation drive organised at shelter home premises | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 24: A plantation drive was organized at Raain Baseera Kalka colony today wherein a team of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) and management of shelter home Kalka colony took part in planting of saplings. Veena Bakshi Incharge of shelter home and Corporater of area Sham Lal Bassan welcomed the JMC team who initiated the plantation drive. On the occasion variety of saplings were planted in the premises. In the drive some prominent locals also joined hands and helped in arranging necessary items for plantation drive. Veena Bakshi urged the people plantation should be conducted during rainy season and underscored the need to organize such plantation drives. |
