Jammu, Aug 12: JKSPYM an NGO working in the field of Health and Development today celebrated International Youth Day with Drug addicts.
The program was initiated to celebrate as a youth day which provides opportunity to celebrate through various awareness campaigns, community concert, and events to bring to notice the socio-economic and socio- political issues that the youth in every nation face. . JKSPYM in its survey found that drug abuse in its full rise in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir and every activity pertaining to curb the addiction is much required now days because most of the youth is involved in drug addiction throughout the country.
On this occasion a talk was organized with the clients (drug addict) during which they were made aware about importance of youth for nation and how we can channelize their energy in positive way also distributed refreshment to addicts.
