| Kavinder terms Rajouri terror attack ghastly, gruesome | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 13: Senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister Kavinder Gupta on Friday termed terrorist attack on party leader's house in Rajouri in which an infant lost his life and six others received injuries as ghastly and assured that ultras behind the barbaric act will be brought to justice soon.
In a statement issued here, Kavinder said that targeting BJP leadership in J&K UT shows the frustration of terror regime which is being fostered by their mentors sitting across the borders as the changes which PM Modi-led BJP Government has brought in J&K especially with regard to its special status have unnerved the Pakistan State and it is abetting such horrendous acts in J&K to discourage the BJP cadre from continuing good work here.
The BJP stalwart said it was a heinous act of the Pakistan sponsored ultras who want to throttle democracy in Jammu and Kashmir. He extended heartfelt condolences to BJP leader Jasbir Singh and the bereaved family over the loss of young life in the attack and prayed for the peace to the departed soul.
The former Deputy Chief Minister affirmed that those involved in the incident will soon be caught and doled out exemplary punishment. |
