Plantation drive organized

JAMMU, Aug 13: With the inspiration of Satpal Ji Maharaj, an all India Manav Utthan Sewa Samiti has organized a plantation drive in different areas of Jammu division.
In this series about 60 (Sixty) trees have been planted by Manav Utthan Sewa Samiti branch Ram Nagar under the supervision of Mahatma Samta Bai ji in charge Maa Rajarajeshwari Ashram Udhampur in the premises of PWD Dak Bunglow with the active support of Mool Raj Ji member of District Development Council, Udhampur and senior member of the Samiti. Plantation drive started in the presence of Makhan Lal, chairman Municipal Committee Ramnagar, Gopal Singh, SDM Ramnagar, Bhisham Duvey, SDPO, SDPO Ramnagar, Kuldeep Ji, DFO Ramnagar, Rakesh Gupta, Naib Tehsildar Ramnagar, Pritam Lal Sharma, BDO Ramnagar, Avtar Singh, Range Officer, Sanjeev Verma, AEE PWD, Rajinder Sharma, member of BJP State Karyakarni, Raj Gopal, General Secretary BJP Ramnagar. Administration Ramnagar thanks the Samiti for this charity events.
While speaking for this Social cause Samta Bai ji said that there is a great need to protect the environment as we all know how global warming is increasing day by day. She asked every citizen to plant more and more trees to keep India clean and green and saving the mother nature. Later on Samta Bai Ji alongwith volunteers of Manav Sewa Dal and members of the Samiti visited in for flung area of Village - Pray and planted saplings of plants in the premises of Government High School Pray in the presence of Dr Ramesh Chander Shastri, Head Master of School, teaching staff members and Capt Brij Mohan Sharma. Bai Ji requested concerned authorities to take care of these trees so planted.
On the occasion Joginder Kumar, Dev Raj Daya, Prem Nath, Mohan Lal, Krishan Lal, Ramesh Singh, Aditya Bhagat, Ramesh Kumar, Asha Devi, Surjoo Devi were also present.
