| DIET Jammu organizes Subject Specific Training in Social Science | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 13: DIET Jammu organized 5-day long Subject Specific Training in Social Science at secondary level for teachers/masters of Zone Akhnoor and Chowki Choura where 50 teachers/masters participated..The training was inaugurated on the day 1 by Principal DIET, Roshan Lal and he motivated the participants with his words. Resource persons namely Abdul Rehman, Preeti Sachdeva, Preeti Malhotra, Dr Neha all Sr. Lecturers and Anshu Sharma and Vishal Amla both teachers deliberated on the various topics n aspects of making social science teaching filled with activities and innovation to cater the interest of the participants. Various queries posed by the participants were satisfactorily redressed by our adept RPs in their sessions...H.S Chouhan (HOD) also delivered session on recommendations of NEP-2020 enriching participants. The overall training was coordinated by IFIC wing headed by Tripta Manyal (HOD) and her team included Vandana Magotra (Sr Lect) and Sugandh (Sr Lect) with technical support from Umesh Gupta (Sr Lect).
