DPS Jammu Shines in Inter-School Debate Competition

Jammu, Aug 14: The student of Delhi Public School, Jammu brought glory to the school by bagging the 2nd prize in inter-school debate competition held by District Police, Jammu at DPL, Jammu on Saturday.
Ahead of Independence Day, an inter-school debate competition was organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Police on the theme “ Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” on Saturday in which Aqsa Malik (XII B) of Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school by bagging 2nd prize in the contest Around 25 students of various schools participated in the contest. The purpose of the debate competition was to rejoice and celebrate 75 years of progressive India and the glorious history of her achievements.
Chandan Kohli , SSP Jammu was the chief guest of this occasion and applauded the efforts put in by all the students and congratulated the winners.
Ruchi Chabra, Principal DPS Jammu conveyed heartiest congratulations to Aqsa for her marvellous efforts. Meenu Gupta, Headmistress lauded the performance of the students.
M.K Ajatshatru Singh, President RCT, Kunwrani Ritu Singh, Pro Vice Chairperson and S.S Sodhi, Director DPS Jammu also congratulated the winners.
