Pre-Lok Adalat sessions to be held in Ramban on Aug 20, 26 & Sept 2

RAMBAN, Aug 18: The District Legal Services Authority, Ramban under the guidance of its chairman (Principal District & Session Judge) Haq Nawaz Zargar is going to organize Pre-Lok Adalat sessions being in the district on Aug 20, Aug 26 & Sep 2 in connection with the National Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on September 11, 2021.
The litigants/ general public is informed that if any person(s) interested to settle his/her dispute/case pending in the Court or which is still to be instituted at pre-litigation stage in the said National Lok Adalat amicably through conciliation and mediation he/she shall approach to the concerned Court and get fixed his/her case/cases in the National Lok Adalat or contact PLVs at nearby Legal Aid Clinics who will help them how to apply to the concerned authority for settling their disputes in the said National Lok Adalat.
The Pre-Lok Adalat sessions for settling the maximum cases/dispute efficiently shall be held between the parties on, August 20, August 26 and September 02, 2021. The Pre-litigations pending in the Courts to be taken up in the National Lok Adalat includes Criminal Compoundable Offences; NI Act cases under Section 138; Money Recovery cases; MACT cases; Labour disputes cases; Electricity and Water Bills (excluding non-compoundable ); Matrimonial disputes; (except Divorce) Land Acquisition cases; Revenue cases (Pending in District Courts and High Courts only); Other civil cases (rent, easmentary rights, injunction suits, specific performance suits) etc.
