| Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav: Slogan writing competition held at GHHS Bajabai | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI, Aug 18: In continuation to the series of activities being carried out across the country as a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and to commemorate the death anniversary of one of the freedom fighters and prominent leaders of the Indian freedom struggle, Netaji Subash Chander Bose, a slogan writing competition was today held at Government Higher Secondary School Bajabai.
The event was organised by the District Information Centre Rajouri in collaboration with the Principal GHSS Bajabai.
The students took active part in the slogan writing competition and displayed their talent with great enthusiasm which added a charm to the event.
The participants were apprised that Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav' is a great opportunity to learn the spirit of nationalism from the rich contribution of our freedom fighters.
The participants were also told about the history of the Indian Freedom Struggle and the sacrifice made by the freedom fighters of India who occupy the foremost place in getting independence from British rule.
The event was well coordinated and managed by social worker Vinod Raina Saathi. |
