JAMMU, Sept 2: Sainaik Samaj Party (SSP) JK UT has decided to project Lieutenant General PS Mehta as Chief Ministerial candidate for the upcoming assembly elections.
The decision was taken by the working comrnittee of the party in a virtual meeting col BS Parmar, National President of SSP conveyed his endorsed the decision and generation best wishes to Gen Mehta.
Lt Gen PS Mehta is a second from the Kashmir officer' hailing from Kashmir and has the unique distinction of being the first Sikh Lt Gen from valley. Alumni of officers Training Academy Chennai, Mehta was commissioned an elite in the with cavalry preserving regimen. |
