| GDC RS Pura organises Inter-college online Poster Making Competition | | |

Jammu, Sept 2: Department of Mathematics Govt Degree College, R S Pura organized Inter-college online Poster Making Competition in Mathematics w.e.f 30-08-21 to 1-09-202. Students from various colleges of Jammu division
participated in the competition. The themes of the competition were Mathematics in nature. Contribution of Sriniwasa Ramanujan
in the field of Mathematics, History of Mathematics and Applications of Mathematics in the field
of Science and Technology. Gurvinder Singh Semester-VI from Govt Degree College R.S Pua
Muskan Bali, Semester-II from GCW Gandhi Nagar Jammu and Tanu Kotwal
Semester IV from Govt MAM College Jammu bagged first and second postions respectively in
the competition. Principal of the College Dr. GS. Rakwal appreciated the efforts of the sides
for making posters on various themes on Mathematics and felicitated the winners with
the certificate of merit. Dr Rajesh Sharma HOD Mathematics who co-ordinated the competition. |
