EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, Sept 7: Strongly castigating the former CM and People’s Democratic Party Chief, Mehbooba Mufti for sympathizing with the family members of Syed Ali Shah Geelani and appreciating them for wrapping the dead body of Geelani in Pak flag, Sarv Shakti Sena has demanded stringent against her. In a statement issued to media here today, Rajan Gupta, the President of Jammu and Kashmir Sarv Shakti Sena said that the dead separatist leader is the real culprit behind the immense miseries of the people of Kashmir as he passed his whole life playing with the sentiments of innocent Kashmiris in the Valley mainly by misguiding the young generation of valley just for his personal motives. Rajan said that by making such eulogizing remarks for Geelani, Mehbooba Mufti stands exposed her no love lost for Pakistan and venomous anti-national stance.
The Sarv Shakti Sena President said that Mehbooba Mufti needs to be reminded that it was the hardliner Geelani who engineered the exodus of the miniscule Hindu community from the valley leaving their hearths and homes. These people fearing their execution at the hands of fundamentalists had to leave their homeland in a hapless condition after thousands of them were killed by the terrorists in league with Geelani and Pakistan. What could be more ironic than the fact that the miniscule community continues to live as refugees in their own nation even today and the unscrupulous mainstream political party leaders especially Mehbooba Mufti leaves no opportunity to display her love for the separatists, terrorists and Pakistan and at the same time spitting venom and hatred against the nationalist forces. Emphasizing that the government should show no leniency or mercy towards such elements, Rajan Gupta demanded Mehbooba Mufti’s immediate arrest and handing to her the most stringent punishment under law.
