Ananatnag, Sept 13 : A teenage girl, riding a scooty, was killed in a road accident in this south Kashmir on Monday, official sources said.
They said 19-year-old girl identified as Insha Jan, daughter of Abdul Rashid Bhat, was critically injured when a scooty she was riding skidded off the road at Kapran Verinag in Anantnag.
She was immediately rushed to hospital where she succumbed.
Police has registered a case and started investigation, they added.
