| National Lok Adalat held in Nowshera | | |

Nowshera, Sept 13: National Lok Adalat has been held in the Court Complex of Sub Judge Nowshera under the Chairmanship of Geeta Kumari Chairman Tehsil Legal services committee Sub Judge Nowshera and was assisted by Tehsildar Nowshera Raju Samyal and Bar members Panel lawyers PLVs and people of Nowshera also participated in the National Lok Adalat total 40 ( Civil and Criminal) Cases 01 pre litigation and 800 Traffic Challan were taken up out of which 366 cases were settled though mediation conciliation and amicably by the parties and amount of Rs 82300/- recovered from the defaulter of MV act
On the occasion Geeta Kumari Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Sub Judge Nowshera awarded the public and litigants regarding the concept of the Lok Adalat. |
