KATHUA, Sept 14: On the occasion of Radha Ashtami, Sri Shiv Kirpa Sewa Mandel Amritsar, unit Kathua organized Rudra Abhishek at Shiv Temple Patel Nagar, Kathua for peace and prosperity of common masses. The 24 hours long Rudra Abhishek of Panchmukhi Shiv Shanker was started on Monday with religious traditions. Numbers of devotees offered Jal Dhara on Shivling while chanting the Om Namo Shivay and Vedic mantras by a group of Pandits. The Rudra Abhishek was completed today morning with Aarti and Shiva Pooja performed on Radha Ashtami in completion of Mani Mahesh Yatra. A Bhandara was also arranged by sewak Prem Kumar at Mata Durga Temple Shiva Nagar, Kathua. |
