KPC observes Martyrs Day as ‘Black Day’ | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 14: Kashmiri Pandit conference (KPC) activists, supporters and sympathizers observed martyrs day as “Black Day” by wearing black badges as a mark of protest against the killing of innocent Kashmiri Pandits by the pro-Pak terrorists and others during the turmoil in the valley. President KPC, Kundan Kashmiri and other activities paid rich tributes to all KP martyrs as well as security forces who laid down their lives for the unity and security of the country. . They said that in light of denial of what belongs to Kashmir pundits, it becomes imperative for KPC and its likeminded organizations to take a serious and fresh stock of situation and to activate its supporters and sympathizers throughout country from this day onwards for launching and effective struggle to restore community rights, importantly for one place settlement with all rights and with dignity and honour. He also impress upon the government to hold dialogue with KP community for the grant of “Separate Kashyap Bhoomi" and restore all rights snatched from us time to time. Other leaders of KPC like MK Raina, Tej Ji Pandita, Susheel Ji, RL Raina and others also expressed similar views. |
