JAMMU, Sept 14: Dr M A Alim, Co-Chairman ASSOCHAM J&K called on Vivek Bhardwaj, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) today. Dr Alim, apprised Bhardwaj about the various initiatives being undertaken by ASSOCHAM in Jammu and Kashmir including 500-LPM PSA plant donated by ASSOCHAM which was delivered at GMC on 28th July 2021.
Dr Alim said the plant is still lying unattended till date as the GMC administration is still waiting for approval financial approval from the government for Rs 2.75 Cr for generator, cabling, AVR and power connection as conveyed by officials. Dr Alim also mentioned that ASSOCHAM will depute the engineer to install it once the electrical work is in place. |
