Central Mahajan Sabha supports Jammu bandh call | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 21: The Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha held a meeting under the chairmanship of its president, Romesh Chander Gupta in connection with Jammu bandh call given by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), for September 22. The members present in the meeting, said in one voice that the Sabha should extend full solidarity and support to the bandh call adding that the Sabha has all along stood for safeguarding the interests of Jammu's 's small, medium shopkeepers and traders. Romesh Chander Gupta, on this occasion, said that the decision of opening 100 Reliance Stores in Jammu region will weaken the poor business class of Dogras. The small entrepreneurs are being crushed and ruined due to the wrong policies of Union Government for initiating all such economic activities which can break the back bone of Jammu. Gupta urged upon and appealed the people to make it success for the dignity of Dogras and Jammu's business class. |
