| Govt PG College for Women Gandhi Nagar organizes "MILAN-THE REUNION" | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 21: The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Govt PG College for Women, Gandhi Nagar Jammu organized the much awaited Virtual Alumni Meet "MILAN-THE REUNION" with more than 100 participants under the Patronage of worthy Principal Dr Sangita Nagari. She welcomed the gathering and also congratulated the organizing committee for conducting the wonderful programme. She highlighted that a strong institute-alumni bond, not only allows institutes to benefit from the skills and experience of pass out graduates by offering their support to the current students and to the institution, but also benefits the alumni in various ways. Dr Suresh Kumar, IQAC Coordinator, discussed the agenda for appointing the executive members of the Alumni Association of the college. The executive members unanimously elected by the revered gathering consist of Adv Radha Jasrotia (President), Dr. Davinder Kour (Vice President), Renu Nanda (General Secretary), Madhvi Sharma (Secretary), Sunita Bhagat (Joint Secretary) and Ms. Nishtha Mahajan (Treasurer). Students and Alumni mesmerized the audience with their performances. The Alumni pledge of loyalty to the alma mater was read by Dr Suman Charak. Formal vote of thanks was presented by Dr Deepika Gupta, Convenor of Organizing committee. The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Dr Revika Arora and Prof Malti Rajput was the technical host. The other members of the organising committee were Prof Sweety Verma, Dr Manmeet Kour and Dr Roopali Slathia. |
