Natrang's 'Mata Ki Kahani' proving ultimate in Navratra Festival-2021

KATRA, Oct 9: What can be more relevant and fascinating for the devotees other than to witness the entire legend of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi live on stage enlivened by the spectacular visual imagery and enthralling music presented by the brand cultural organization Natrang. This was opined by a devotee who came all the way from Mumbai to witness this magnificent piece of creativity and innovation on stage.
Scripted, designed and directed by Balwant Thakur, this ultimate attraction of the Navratra Festival- Katra is being staged everyday at the auditorium of the Spiritual Growth Centre.
The event has not been publicized much aiming at avoiding rush to the venue but witnessing Mata Ki Kahani can prove to be a lifetime opportunity if someone really wants not just only to educate him/herself about the whole story of Mata Vaishno Devi but also wishes to see something outstandingly mesmerizing and soul stirring.
The shows of Mata Ki Kahani were showcased under the aegis of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and Directorate of Tourism, Jammu. Romesh Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board was the chief guest on the occasion whereas Satendra Prakash Principal Director Ministry of I&B, Renu Bhasin Renu Bhasin, Programme Officer, ICDS Reasi, Deepak Dubey Dy.CEO SMVDSB, Ambika Bali Assistant Director, Tourism and Amit Bhasin ASP Katra were the prominent dignitaries at the show.
Conceptualized, designed and directed by Thakur, ‘Mata Ki Kahani’ is based on tracks with songs, narratives, dramatic sequences, stylish movements and spectacular visual compositions.
This mega-musical theatre presentation has created a history for being the first theatrical show based on the legend of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi. Over 50 accomplished artists are being featured in this mega theatrical wonder which unfolds the entire story of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi just in one hour.
Famous film personalities including Mukesh Khanna and Rakesh Bedi have rendered voice to this magnificent production.
