| Lecturers’ Association Jammu holds general election, elects provincial, district level bodies | | |

JAMMU, Oct 14: All J&K Plus two PSC Lecturers’ Association Jammu held its first general elections and elected provincial and district level bodies.
The elections were conducted in online mode and were conducted in phased manner. About 1300 PSC appointed lecturers participated the democratic process and casted votes in favour of their representatives.
Manjeet Chib was elected as President of the Association, Rishi Manhas Vice President, Arvind Kour Vice President female, M A Katoch General Secretary, Sandeep Sharma chief co-ordinator and Sanjeev Gupta as chief organizer. The elected members were felicitated by the members of CWC Jammu at the office of the association at Greater Kailash Jammu and were offered garlands. Chib in its address thanked the community for participating first ever election process of the association. He said that the association aims to raise quality education and work for the welfare of the student community.
