JAMMU, Nov 9: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Councillor Parmodh Kapahi today kick started blacktopping work at Bhagwati Nagar in Ward No 14. The blacktopping work to be executed at the cost of Rs 14 lakh was inaugurated by Parmodh Kapahi in presence of prominent citizens of Ward 14.
Later, Kapahi along with AEE and JE PWD also visited Ward 14 and its surrounding localities, met with the locals, who put forth various issues of public importance such as construction/renovation of pending lanes and drains, blacktopping of the main roads as well as interior lanes, etc.
He gave them a patient hearing and assured them that all their genuine demands be redressed in a time-bound manner. |
