PTTI Vijaypur organizes special yoga session

VIJAYPUR, Nov 14: Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur organized a special “Yoga Session” in PTTI complex for the staff and trainees. Amarjeet Singh, Yoga Instructor and Sahil, Physical Trainer from Jammu gave impressive lectures and demonstrations of various yoga and physical exercises which were followed by all the staff and trainees.
Khalil Ahmad Poswal, SSP, Principal PTTI Vijaypur paid his sincere gratitude to both Yoga Instructor and Physical trainer for sparing their valuable time to teach Yoga and physical exercises to the staff and trainees.
He advised the participants to regularly conduct Yoga to remain fit and healthy as the art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body and soul and builds strength, flexibility and confidence. He further reiterated that Regular practice of yoga and physical exercises can lose weight, relieve stress, improve immunity and maintain a healthier life style. The staff and trainees enjoyed Yoga session.
Among others Rajinder Singh Rahi, SP, Vice Principal PTTI Vijaypur, Satish Kumar, DySP (Admn/Outdoor), Insp Anil Sagar (RI/CDI), Insp Neeraj Kumar (CTI), Inspr Manoj Kumar Bali, Insp Anil Kumar, Insp Rakesh Bamba, Insp Surinder Pal Singh, SI Kapil Raina, SI Rakesh Sharma, ASI Shiv Ram (SM Outdoor), ASI Subash Chander (Lines Officer), ASI Anil Kumar (SM Indoor), ASI Koushal Kumar, ASI Sulinder Singh, HC Narinder Kumar were present on the occasion.
However, in view of COVID-19 pandemic, all precautionary measures such as maintaining social distancing were taken properly.
