Jammu, Nov 14: Jammu Sports Veterans beating Singh Veterans in todays match have won the Joginder Memorial Cricket Tournament by 2-1. Today Singh Veterans won the toss and decided to bat first and scored 132/7 in 20 Overs with major contributions of Sahil Mishra 57, Sumit Rajput 16, Darvinder Sharma 16 and Vikas Virdhi 11. From Jammu Sports Veterans Nittin got 3 wickets, Umar got 2 wickets and Jagdev got 1 wicket.
While chasing the target Jammu Sports Veterans scored 133 in 19 overs while loosing 3 wickets only. Mukesh Sharma from Jammu Sports Veterans scored 58 Not out and Dev Thakur scored 52 Not out. From Singh Veterans Rohit Guota got 2 wickets. Mukesh Sharma was judged man of the match for his performance.
Rakesh Malhotra Councillor was the Chief Guest and Depesh Singh was the Guest of Honor who distributed prizes among the players.
