| Dr Bharat Bhushan Sharma of JKRBPS gets “Souharda Samman” | | |

JAMMU, Nov 28: Secretary and Convenor of Jammu and Kashmir Rashtra Bhasha Prachar Samiti (JKRBPS) Dr Bharat Bhushan Sharma has been conferred with “Souharda Samman”. Dr Bharat BhushanSharma received the prestigious award at Yashpal Auditorium of Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthan, Lucknow. Speaker of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Hriday Narayan Dixit presided over the function while working president Dr Sadanand Gupta welcomed the guests. Dr Bharat Bhushan Sharma from Jammu while Maharaj Krishna Santoshi from Kashmir were awarded the “Souharda Samman”. Dr Sharma is working as a bridge between Sanskrit, Hindi and Dogri languages. He is doing a significant job of uniting and understanding different cultures and connecting readers with the essence of these cultures and languages. The ceremony witnessed felicitation of not only Indians but non-resident Indians living abroad for their service to promote national language Hindi. |
