| DB directs DC Anantnag to file affidavit about steps taken to ease-out traffic flow in Pahalgam | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 30: Himalaya Welfare Organization has sought implementation of the executive instructions passed by respondents’ number 6 and 7 so that the environment of Pahalgam is protected and there is restriction in movement of vehicles inside local area of Pahalgam.
A division bench of Jammu & Kashmir High Court comprising Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Mohammad Akram Chowdhary directed the Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, to file an affidavit as to the steps which are being contemplated to ease-out traffic flow in the area. The affidavit may be filed within a month. |
