Jammu, Dec 1: Employment Information Cum Advisory Bureau(EIAB), Department of Lifelong Learing, University of Jammu in collaboration with Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Satwari organized one day career awareness programme.
The rprogramme was held under the overall supervision of Dr. Kavita Suri, Director, DLL, university of Jammu. Dr Rewa Khajuria cordinated the whole rogramme. the special resource persons were Dr. Sadaf Shah, Assistant Professor, Department of English, University of jammu and Dr. Harleen Kaur, Assistant Professor, Dpartment of Commerce, University of Jammu.
Dr. Sadaf Shah informed the students about the significane of career counselling especially in the present scenario. She talked about the career options in English and allie feilds. Dr harleen Kaur spoke about career options in Ciommerce after 12th abnd Graduation. Principal of GGHSS Sr. Surjit Singh also shared his experiences with the students and aked them to take right decisions at right time. about 30 students of the school attended the programme. Neetu Mahajan presented the formal vote of Thanks. |
