The meeting was chaired by Vinay Gupta along with District General Secretaries Ankush Gupta and Naresh Sharma including Mandal Presidents Neeraj Puri and Bharat Bhushan, District Office-Bearers, Morcha Prabharis, Morcha Presidents, including Kissan Morcha, Mahila Morcha, OBC Morcha, SC Morcha and Yuva Morcha, also attended the meeting. Vinay discussed in length a slew of programmes of the government and politics that will help it make inroads into Jammu. Gupta while addressing the meeting asserted that repeated poll defeats have led Congress to "insanity." He took a mock that today's Congress-made happening in Punjab is a trailer of how this party thinks and functions. He said, repeated rejections by the population have taken them to the path of insanity. The topmost echelons of Congress owe an apology to the people of India for what they have done. In the meantime, addressing the Media persons at the BJP district office, Vinay Gupta said, "The questions the nation asks the Congress are: Why did the Prime Minister's security detail give a false clearance of the route he had to take? Why did the administration not respond when it was breached? Why did the Congress leadership erupt with joy when the Prime Minister had his security breached?" Vinay said, "We know the Congress wanted to harm Modi. But they tried to harm the Prime Minister of India. This is a shameful act and the nation will never forgive the Congress party for this kind of politics."
