| Vaccination drive held at Kartar Public School | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Jan 7: A two-day long vaccination drive was organized at Kartar Public School Kathua on January 6 and 7 wherein children of 15-18 years age bracket got their first jab.
This is an age group that needs to be protected against Covid and vaccination will help in mitigating the severity and preventing complications of Covid in children. A team of para-medical staff Dr Nahida Ansari, Nitu Rani, Manish and Anju Lata with the cooperation of management and staff of Kartar Public School Kathua administered the vaccine to over 150 students during the drive. Awareness was also created among the school staff and students on rapid spread of the viral infection and the safety measures to be taken. |
