2/3/2022 10:22:20 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 3: Apni Party State Vice President, Youth Wing Raqeeq Ahmed Khan has demanded redressal of issues being raised by the aspirants of paramilitary service in J&K.
In a statement to the press here, Raqeeq Khan said that the Govt must intervene and ensure release of undeclared list of 2000 posts which was assured to the aspirants by a Union Minister.
"The issue of unemployment is serious and it should be addressed accordingly by the Govt without delay. The recruitment of the advertised vacant posts were conducted but the final list of selected candidates was released i.e., 1356 candidates while ignoring the rest even as a promise of 2000 posts was made with the aspirants," he said.
Extending support to the BSF and CISF aspirants, he said that Apni Party stands with them and their demand which required urgent attention of the Govt.
"The promises made with these aspirants must be fulfilled and the deserving candidates must be given appointment letters," he added.
He further said that the Govt must make a framework to deal with the unemployment in J&K by advertising the vacant posts for their recruitments in a short time.
"There must be fast track recruitment on the posts and the unemployment must be handled by the Govt by constituting a panel of retired bureaucrats who have served in J&K on top positions," he said.
He said that the Govt must take advice from these experts in the field and accordingly take corrective measures so that the growing number of unemployment is addressed.
