Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 3: Strongly condemning the recent acid attack incident on a girl at Srinagar, Shri Ram Sena J&K President, Rajiv Mahajan on Thursday demanded death penalty for culprits so that no one dare to conduct suck crime in future. Rajiv Mahajan termed the incident fit for death sentence, saying that it falls in the "rarest of the rare" incident. Acid attack is a crime against women, he said, seeking capital punishment for the culprits. Culprits do not commit the crime on the spur of the moment but it was a pre-planned attack, he said. "If they are given a lesser punishment, other girls would not be safe in the society," Rajiv said. Meanwhile, he asked the J&K government to provide free medical treatment to the victim. |
