| Transporters, commuters suffer as Poonch bus stand is in dilapidated condition | | |

POONCH, Feb 9: The bus stand of Poonch is in dilapidated condition due to which the drivers and the commuters face problems on daily basis. Since the bus stand has not been macadamized ditches and pot-holes have come up in the bus stand.
As and when there are rains the rain water gets collected in these ditches and pot-holes. The vehicles have to move cautiously so as to ensure that the dirty water does not hit the commuters and other people moving in the bus stand.
The transporters have alleged that the administration has been promising since the past five years or so that the bus stand would be macadamized but no step has been taken so far. They demanded intervention at the highest level so that the bus stand is macadamized.
