JAMMU, Apr 12: Students of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by clinching first position and trophies in J&K Police Open Table Tennis Championship organized by Jammu District Police Department under the ‘Civic Action Programme’ in collaboration with J&K Sports Council and J&K Table Tennis Association held at M.A Stadium, Jammu from 5-8 April, 2022. SSP, Chandan Kohli was the chief guest on the occasion. The winners include (U-13 Boys and Girls) Ayaan Gupta (VIII-D) – 1st Position and Trophy, Pranit Gupta (VI-D)- 2nd Position and Trophy and Yashashree Sharma (VI) –1st Position and Trophy. In (U-15 Boys and Girls) Rudraksh Sharma (IX-I) –1st Position and Trophy, Gurshaan Singh (IX-H) – 2nd Position and Trophy, Mishti Aggarwal (X-C) – 1st Position and Trophy and Niharika Sharma (VIII-D) – 2nd Position and Trophy. In Women’s Category, Ragini Gupta (IX-D) – 1st Position and Trophy and Mishti Aggarwal (X-C) – 2nd Position and Trophy. Consolation prizes were bagged by Alena (III-J), Ahaan (IV-K) and BhavinKour (IV-E).Ms. MeenuRagesh, School Table Tennis Coach also received a trophy. Principal, DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners, their parents and School Table Tennis Coach, MeenuRagesh. Headmistress, Mennu Gupta also encouraged the team. President-RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh, PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh and Director, S.S Sodhi extended their best wishes to the winners and their parents. |
