Yoga Break Practice workshop held at GGM Science College | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 10: Yoga break practice (Y-break) workshop was held today in college campus in 'Yoga For Well Being' camp celebrating Yoga Mahotsav under the patronage of Principal Dr. Ravender Tickoo, guidance of NSS PO Dr. Deepali Mahajan under the aegis of azadi ka amrut Mahotsav. NSS volunteers performed different yoga asanas. It helps in keeping our mental and physical health intact. It helps us to connect to nature. Yoga retreats are temporary breaks from daily routine that typically last from weekend to a week or more. Incorporating yoga into students' lives can improve their mental and physical health. The poses of yoga can help reduce physical pain, workplace stress and also decrease absenteeism. With increased energy levels, students and faculty will be more productive and motivated to work. |
