| Doda Police hosts Motor Boating for school children | | | Early Times Report
DODA, May 15: To instil the spirit of adventure and give them opportunities to participate in adventure sports activities, Doda Police in collaboration with SDRF Component Doda, organized a motor boating event for School children here in River Chenab at Pul-Doda.
The event was attended by School children along with staff members of different Schools.
Interacting with the participating School children, Senior Superintendent of Police SSP Abdul Qayoom briefed them about the importance of sports activities for overall personality development of youth. “Sports help in channelizing the energy among young children and also keep them away from bad habits” he told the participating chidlren.
The staff members and children of participating Schools enjoyed the boating and hailed the police for organizing such programmes. |
