Srinagar, May 22: Weather remains partly cloudy with Meteorological Department forecast of widespread light to moderate rains with gusty winds over Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.

Qazigund on Srinagar-Jammu national highway recorded a low of 7.6 degree Celsius against 7.9 degree Celsius on Saturday night.
The temperature was 2.7 below normal.
Tourist resort of Pahalgam had a minimum of 4.3 degree Celsius against 5.8 degree Celsius Saturday night. The temperature was 1.9 degrees below normal for the tourist resort.
Kokernag recorded a low of 7.8 degree Celsius while frontier Kashmir district of Kupwara in north Kashmir had a low of 8.9 degree Celsius, the MeT office said. |
