UDHAMPUR, May 24: To review and streamline the functioning of revenue department, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rafiq Ahmed Jaral today convened a meeting of the revenue officers and field functionaries of Tehsil Udhampur here at Conference Hall DC Office Complex.
Threadbare discussions were held on the issues which inter alia included writing of pending Jamabandies, Fard intekhab, Changes in the Girdawari, Shifting of patwar khanas in the Government building, status of attestation of mutations.
The meeting also discussed the monthly progress report, Mutation of army land, disbursement of rental compensation of army land, removal of encroachment on the state land etc.
The ACR directed the concerned to complete all the writing of Jamabandies within a given timeline and expedite the Updation process of the same and quality check of revenue records as per the targets. He exhorted upon the officers and field functionaries to work as a team for better results and quality public service delivery.
Naib Tehsildars were asked to initiate removal of identified encroachments over State/Kahcharai/Common land. He asked for regular field touring by all Revenue Officers and field functionaries and submission of tour dairies.
Among others, Tehsildar Udhampur Amit Verma, all Naib Tehsildars, besides Girdawars and patwaries were present in the meeting. |
