| Congress condemns Jammu teacher killing , situation worrisome | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 31: Congress has strongly condemned the targeted killing of a women school teacher from Samba în Kulgam area of Kashmir today and termed the situation as worrisome, as government failed to stop selective killings în kashmir. In a hard hitting statement, JKPCC has strongly condemned the killing of a women teacher from Jammu employed în Kulgam and said that the minorities and others are being targeted by designs which is very dangerous and worrisome.
The government has failed to check this and failed to ensure the safety of innocents especially soft targets like minorities, migrant and Jammu employees and outside workers.
The government must stop hollow claims of normalcy instead deal effectively with the situation. The minorities în Kashmir are în panic and the government has no strategy to secure the minorities and employees posted în sensitive areas, who need to be shifted to safer places immediately, JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma said.
The entire party always stands together în the fight against pak sponsored terrorism but the government must come out with more effective plan to safeguard the minorities and other innocents în Kashmir.
Party conveyed deep sympathies with the family and prayed for peace to the departed soul. |
