Sort of un-declared emergency in Country: AAP | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, June 21: How amusing it may sound when youths are arrested & put behind the bars if they dare to oppose "TUGHLAKI FARMAAN" of AGNI PATH, the J&K Jammu AAP said in a press release issued here and cited that 15 youths protesting against AGNI PATH in BASTI area of UP were arrested and made to pose like hard core Thieves or criminals in the concerned police station and worst of it, the SP concerned announced remuneration of Rs.25, 000 to the police Party concerned. The release further said that in a similar manner to crush the dissenting voice against AGNI PATH in Jammu, the AAP Convener, Jammu Province along with several other Senior AAP leaders were arrested by the Police in different areas in Jammu Province. It is nothing short of undeclared emergency and murder of democracy and fundamental rights, the release said. The release appeals the masses to read the writing on the wall and decide for themselves if they condemn broad day murder of democracy in biggest democracy of the world or if they want the country to be run on the provision of the constitution. The release further appeals the Youths to read between the lines & judge for themselves as to who is anti-youths, anti- farmers, anti-labourers, anti-workers, anti small traders, anti employees etc. In fact, the ruling Party is working on the policy to keep 95% people poor and 5% wealthy to fund & rule which is very dangerous for unity & integrity of Country, the release cautioned. |
