| Indu seek vote for Chalotra | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 8: The state president, Mahila Congress Indu Pawar address series of meeting at Hira Nagar constituency today and urged the people to vote for Congress candidate Gardhari Lal Chalotra so that congress party would be able to form next government on its own and can work for the modernization of the state.
She further said that the people of the state has faced numerous problems during the regime of all parties government in the state and only Congress Government have uplifted the standard of living in all walks of life of the people. She said Congress is committed for secularism, brotherhood, development, prosperity and keeping all the three regions united by ensuring balanced development.
Pawar also visited door to door with other party workers and appealed the people to strengthened the hands of Sonia Gandhi and Dr. Manmohan Singh by supporting congress candidates in the election.
Others who accompanied here included Parveen Akther, Rani Devi, Rekha Devi, Neelam Devi, Rajni Devi, Shallu Sharma, Sonia Gupta and Darshana Devi, besides others. |
