JAMMU, Aug 2: The Bharatiya Janata Party Jammu District, under BJP District President Jammu Vinay Gupta, is all set to roll out its entire organisational power to spin the ambitious "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign into a nationalistic exercise at the grass-root level. Conceptualised as part of celebrations, Vinay Gupta chaired a monthly meeting in the Kachi Chawni office flanked by senior BJP leaders namely Former Deputy CM Kavinder Gupta, Former Minister Priya Sethi, former General Secretary and Convenor of J&K Har Ghar Tiranga Harinder Gupta, District Convenor and former MLA Ashwani Sharma. The monthly meeting was pursued by District General Secretaries Ankush Gupta and Kuldeep Kandhari, District office-bearers, District Morcha Presidents, General Secretaries, including BJP Mandal Presidents of Satwari, Gandhi Nagar and Jammu East Mandals respectively. Vinay Gupta chalk out the strategy for the upcoming party agendas and discuss Jammu district organisational layout along with senior party functionaries. He similarly partook in numerous topics taken up during the meeting, wherein threadbare fora were held to chalk out future programmes.
Vinay said commemorating 75 years of independence and termed 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav', the campaign will see BJP workers coordinating with the state government and the civil society members to unfurl the tricolour in maximum possible households -- right from those in the Jammu district to developmental blocks and kasbahs. Vinay said that his party would provide national flags (Tiranga) for hoisting by the common masses in Jammu District under the "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign.
Vinay along with senior BJP leaders namely Kavinder Gupta, Priya Sethi, Harinder Gupta, Ashwani Sharma inaugurated the window for the availability of the "Tiranga" in Jammu District today and opened up the counter in BJP office Kachi Chawni Jammu for easy access of the national flag to party workers as well as the public. He emphasized Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called upon every Indian citizen to hoist Tiranga on the rooftops of the houses on the 75th year of Indian Independence from British rule. Vinay highlighted PM Modi suggests people use 'tiranga' as a profile picture on social media between Aug 2-15.
Kavinder Gupta on the occasion said that BJP's policy has always remained on the "nation first" stance in its every plan and action. He said that while the whole nation is observing "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" on the call of Modi government, the BJP has fully committed itself to the campaign. He asserted that BJP is just like a" brainstorming" party which works for all domains of society. He said August 2 is the birth anniversary of Pingli Venkhaiya who designed the National Flag. Kavinder urges all to use 'tiranga' as a profile picture in social media accounts between August 2 and August 15," as desired by our Prime minister Narendra Modi, Gupta added.
Priya Sethi, Harinder Gupta and Ashwani Sharma urged the party activists to create awareness in the masses so that they procure Tiranga and hoist it with full pride and honour on their rooftops.
