| Police books 2 drug peddlers | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Aug 2: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday booked two drug peddlers under the Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act in Baramulla.
Police said during a route checking at Khanpora bridge, two drug peddlers who were identified as Bilal Ahmad Sheikh, a resident of Zehanpora Boniyar and Javaid Rashid Bhat alias Izhar of Mohalla Mir Sahib Drangbal Baramulla were arrested and 1470 tablets of spasmoproxivan recovered from their possession.
A case under NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Baramulla against them and investigation set in motion. |
