Several join Shiv Sena in Akhnoor, Ganderbal

Jammu, Aug 7: Dozens of people influenced by the policies and programmes of Shiv Sena joined the party fold in two separate programmes organized under the ongoing membership drive here today.
According to a press release issued from the party's State Central Office, Jammu, on the instructions of State Chief Manish Sahni, a large number of people joined the party, expressing their faith in Shiv Sena in the program organized in Akhnoor district of Jammu and Ganderbal in Kashmir.
In a program organized in Akhnoor, about two dozens local youths joined the party under the leadership of Youth Secretary Naresh Kumar, while in another program organized under the leadership of senior leader Abdul Rashid Mir in Ganderbal of Kashmir division, about two dozen workers of local parties joined Shiv Sena.
The Shiv Sena leaders welcomed the newly joined member with Shiv Bandhan and Nishan and they were administered oath to raise their voice on social service and public issues.
