| NC lambasts admin for poor healthcare facilities in Kalakote, Sunderbani | | | Early Times Report
KALAKOTE, Aug 10: National Conference has lambasted the administration for its failure to provide adequate healthcare facilities in Kalakote and Sunderbani region. The party has accused the administration of turning a blind eye towards the suffering people in Kalakote and Sunderbani on account of poor healthcare in the region.
In a statement, Yashu Vardhan Singh, Additional Spokesperson National Conference and in-charge Kalakote and Sunderbani constituency said that literally the healthcare infrastructure and the system is in shambles with not even ordinary facilities available at the health and medical institutions. He said the condition of CHC Hospital Kalakote is quite deplorable which is evidenced by the fact that there is no sitting facility available in the hospital.
Singh said that the current health care system in the area is reeling under worst scenario amid Covid-19 fresh cases being on the rise once again. Accusing the J&K administration of having completely failed to provide adequate healthcare facilities, he said that it is really an irony that the government continues to be in deep slumber while the people are suffering in absence proper healthcare facilities. |
