'BLSKS presents musical play “Uncha Rahe Tiranga”

JAMMU, Aug 14: In continuation of the special campaign on "Har Ghar Tirangaa " and promote the Traditional Duggar Culture of J&K, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan today presented its 325th Series Musical Play "UNCHA RAHE TIRANGA", under the ages of "Azadi Ka Amrit Mohtsav" is under way wherein people are on spree to procure and fly tricolor in their homes ,establishment ,localties and offices thereby remembering the scarifies of freedom fighters and soldiers and in honour of those who are defending our borders in most hostile weather conditions besides celebrating the unison and progress and the nation is achieving with contribution of each and Mukesh Club, Nazir Mohd. Groupe Dansal at open Air Theatre Durga Bhawan Janipur.The Program was inaugurated by Dr.Tara Singh Charak, Former Deputy Director, J&K Health Department, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh UTs and and Yash Paul Sharma, Corporator, Ward No. 36 Municipals Corporation Jammu and former Regional Director ,Directorate of Field Publicity. Govt of India V.K. Magotra and were the Guest of Honours. The Songs presented were written and directed by Dr. M.L. Dogra, Former Regional Director of Song and Drama Division, Ministry of Information Broadcasting, Government of India. The programme commenced with National Anthem "Jan Gan Man" "Shan Tiranga -Mann ae tiranga -Har Ghar Chari lena Bharti tiranga "Jan Gan Man" and "Aoo Manaye Azadi Ka Mahaostav", "Saalam Un Shaeedon Ko", " Ucha Rahe Tiranga" & dances, patriotic songs sung by the renowned artists of Jammu Kashmir UT & music of the songs composed by M.C.Kotwal, Music Director , BLSKS. The musical songs , dances and skits presented were highly appreciated by the audience and dignitaries. The Chief Guest lauded the efforts of the organizers in making such awareness programmes colorful effective and highlighted the importance of Tiranga is an initiative of the Government of India to commemorate 75 years of progressive India its glorious history of people, culture and achievements. This Mahotsav is dedicated to the people of India who have not only been instrumental in bringing India thus far in it's evolutionary journey but also hold within them the power and potential to the spirit of Atmanirbhar Bharat. The programme was organized under the overall direction of, Ministry of Culture,National anthem recited by the the artistes of BLSKs and Song " Har Ghar Tiranga" written by Dr. M.L. Dogra, in Dogri Language also recorded and uploaded on social media to aware the masses special marchal art item on "Azadi Ka Amrit Mohtsav was also presented.
Earlier welcome speech V.K. Magotra, Managing Director, BLSKS said the main objective of the campaign is to aware the sense of pride and sprit of patriotism, our national flag which is a symbol of pride for every India it represent national integrity and signifies the hopes an aspirations of the Indian people celebrating India 75 years of Independence Government of India vide the recent amendments to the flag code has democratized the tricolor and brought is closer to the citizens of the country. Magotra also said that it should reflect the light of the spirituality of the sages along with highlighting the capabilities and strengths of our scientists depicting the magnificent journey of our Nation. It will be an attempt to highlight the contributions of not only the known but also the unacknowledged valiant freedom fighters. Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is a series of events to be organized by the Government of India to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of India's Independence.
