| BJP Jammu district celebrates 75 years of Independence | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 16: Bharatiya Janata Party Jammu District is celebrating 75 glorious years of Independence and harmony in the nation. Under the leadership of BJP Jammu District President Vinay Gupta along with Former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta, Former Minister Priya Sethi, BJP J&K Vice President Yudhvir Sethi, Mandal Presidents Neeraj Puri, Bharat Bhushan and Praveen Kerni and other senior leaders hoists the national flag on the occasion of Independence Day at different locations in Jammu District including Gandhi Nagar, Satwari and Jammu East Mandals respectively.
BJP leaders recalls 5 mantras that PM Modi gave while delivering the independence day speech for a better and bright India. Every Indian is celebrating 75 years of independent India and hoisting Tiranga at their houses, schools and offices. Colours of patriotism can be seen in every corner of the Jammu District. They said this day commemorates India`s independence from colonial rule after two centuries of oppression and suppression at the hands of the British. The celebration of Independence Day honours the sacrifices and tireless efforts of our courageous leaders and freedom fighters who gave their entire life for the sake of the nation and the countrymen. Inhabitants of the Jammu district have also started hoisting tricolours on the rooftops of their houses. Citizens distributed sweets and are very optimistic and in a positive mood for this campaign. |
